RMOD is a subsidary of Relevant Group, an LA-based vertically integrated, design-focused real estate development company with more than 100 years combined experience in development and construction, and a portfolio featuring more than $1 billion in current projects.

RMOD was founded in 2019 with its first prototype units located in Skid Row and its first modular apartment project on track for completion in 2021. RMOD’s units are built to CA-building code, developed in a factory in Tijuana, Mexico.
