API’s custom cabin trailers or “park models” are built under 400 square ft. and are typically placed on sites in campgrounds or RV resorts, used as weekend retreats or vacation cottages. API Cabin Trailers can also be placed on private property and used as a part-time residence, hunting cabins, granny houses or out cabins, subject to local zoning ordinances. These pre-fabricated custom cabin trailers are manufactured by API in our factory in California and come with many standard features that are found in site-built homes.

The company is also a leading provider of accommodations, offices, and work spaces for multiple field applications in the energy business. Additionally, it has long term contracts with State of Texas and the Federal Government to provide short term and permanent housing solutions as needs develop.
