Founded in 2020 by Jeff Amengual, Praxis Modular large multistory residential and commercial modular projects in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States out of its facility in Wilkes Barre, PA. In November 2021, Praxis Modular opened the largest volumetric modular factory in North America. The 275,000 sq ft facility is 4-5 times larger than most modular manufacturers and the output will be 5-6 times greater than the conventional modular manufacturers. Praxis will be producing wood, light gauge steel, or structural steel modules for its projects throughout the Northeastern US.
