Based in Hunan Province of China, Broad Building System has recently completed over 60 high rise projects across China and South Korea. Several of their latest high-rise projects have used Broad’s latest generation “B-core” modular framing and flooring stainless steel building material – a lower cost version of NASA’s honeycomb stainless steel used for space shuttles, using two stainless steel plates sandwiched with thin tubes. Lightweight and durable, the B-core plates can be assembled rapidly on-site, greatly accelerating high rise development.
