Aedis Real Estate Group is LA-based real estate developer focused on the acquisition, rehabilitation and development of affordable housing throughout the United States, for its own account and as an adviser to others. Since 2011, Aedis members have participated in the acquisition of 12 properties totaling just under 1,900 units at a cost of over $117 million and overseen the rehabilitation of over $58 million in capital improvements. Aedis has completed these financings, primarily using tax exempt bonds and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, in six different states.

Highlighted Project

With the mantra “build quality units in the quickest time possible”, Aedis Real Estate Group is leading the Hope Street Initiative  –  partnering with Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health and offsite manufacturers to develop recuperative care facilities, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing for the chronically homeless. Hope on Alvarado is their first project for formerly homeless residents: a 84-unit affordable apartment constructed with steel modules built offsite in a factory outside of Shanghai, China.
