With roots in designing award-winning dream homes for California’s rich and famous, architects Jard Levy and Gordon Stott founded Connect Homes for the everyday homeowner – building modern prefab homes at more accessible prices, designing spaces that make you feel lighter, brighter, and more connected.
In 2004, Jared helped launch Marmol Radziner Prefab alongside architect Gordon Stott. Their award-winning work graced the covers of Dwell, Time, Newsweek and Builder. GQ Magazine praised their work as “Masterpiece in a Box” – their designs became the first modern prefab homes to be published in Architectural Digest. Now they are finding a way to bring prefab efficiencies and modern, sustainable design for everyone else. Connect Homes is headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles and building homes in their factory in San Bernardino, CA.
