Cornell University is a private Ivy League research university located in Ithaca, New York – a college town about four hours north of New York City. Founded in 1865, the University has grown to over 24,000 students, consisting of 15,000 undergraduates.

Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (also known as CIPA) is a two-year, interdisciplinary Master of Public Administration (MPA) program at Cornell’s College of Human Ecology. CIPA regularly partners with nonprofits on research projects to explore and propose real world solutions. Most recently, CIPA partnered with nonprofit affordable housing co-developer Housing on Merit to study and analyze the housing production eco-system in Los Angeles, conducting in-depth interviews with over 20 key stakeholders in the Los Angeles region (link to Report).
