Urban mobility is on the verge of three major transformations –  electrification, automation, and shared mobility – which will have far-reaching implications on the future uses of parking garages. Given these lifeless, massive, and largely unloved buildings sit right in the middle of the most desirable parts of cities, the opportunities for adaptive reuse are enormous. It is time to start parking ideas for the future.
