Kaiser Permanente is the nation’s largest integrated health system – formed as a consortium of nonprofit and for-profit entities. Kaiser covers over 12 million people across eight states, 39 hospitals, and more than 700 medical offices. Kaiser has nearly 300,000 personnel, including over 80,000 physicians and nurses, with many of their specialties recognized as the best in the country.

Kaiser Permanente believes that housing stability is a key factor in a person’s overall health and well-being.  With this in mind, Kaiser Permanente created the Thriving Communities Fund, a $200 million impact investment fund focused on developing affordable housing and joined the Mayors and CEOs for U.S. Housing Investment coalition, which is dedicated to advancing long-term solutions to the nation’s housing crisis.
