Founded by rising developer, Andi Israel, RxLA takes an innovative approach at adding more affordable housing options through impact investing instead of relying on government tax credits. Andi leverages her years of experience at Skid Row Housing Trust to launch on her own.

Highlighted Project

RxLA is in pre-development on their first project in unincorporated South Los Angeles, constructing a four-story, 56-unit affordable apartment complex. The project uses a 325% increase in density beyond the 13 units allowed by the property’s zoning.
