IndieDwell is a modular home builder based in Boise, Idaho with two factories - one in Boise and one in Pueblo, Colorado (opened 2020) to serve the U.S. housing market. Founded in 2016 by Scott Flynn and Pete Gombert as a Public Benefit Corporation, their vision was to change the building industry by offering high quality, sustainable, healthy homes to underserved communities. While Indiedwell started as a modular home builder for the single family market, they have recently branched out to both more economical emergency shelter solutions and multi-story multifamily projects. Indiedwell installed 48 emergency container homes in CO, VA, and ID and 100+ units built for the City of San Jose. indieDwell utilizes its library of floor plans to deliver multifamily solutions to developers of affordable housing.
