Culdesac Tempe is the first car-free neighborhood built from scratch in the U.S., combining affordable design with mixed use ground floor retail. The final plan is for 636 units ranging from 680 sf (avg. 1-bedroom) to 1181 sf (avg. 2-bedroom); All courtyard housing types with direct access to shared courtyard spaces. Amenities include bike and scooter share stations, rideshare drop-off, bookable spaces, a gym, pool, dog wash, maker space and multi-purpose room.
