Vertical Integration of the Building System with Blokable

By vertically integrating the entire development process of site selection and financing, in addition to the entire prefabricated building stack under Blokable’s factory roof, Blokable is able to drastically cut overall project time, slash project costs, and deliver lower operating costs over time. The Blokable Building System (BBS) is Blokable’s comprehensive building system designed, engineered, and manufactured to consistently produce high-quality, low-cost, connected housing. Each Blok in the system is a standardized, modular housing component, which can be configured in a variety of shapes and sizes (from standalone homes to multi-unit, mixed use developments), designed to be stacked, combined, and connected to create 1-3 story communities.
